Laura has nearly 20 years’ experience in PR and communications. She is currently Director of Financial Communications at FTSE 100 learning company Pearson, leading UK media relations around group strategy, corporate newsflow, and financial results. Prior to joining Pearson, Laura spent 14 years at FTI Consulting, where she advised clients in the financial services, professional services, and fintech sectors on media relations, investor relations, capital markets transactions, and issues management. Laura is passionate about volunteering and for the past ten years has been involved in charity work both relating to long-term health conditions and in bringing educational and professional opportunities to young people.
