Sat is a visionary leader and the driving force behind the Renaissance Foundation. With a deeply personal mission, Sat is committed to uplifting and empowering young individuals who deal with health challenges and caring responsibilities. His unwavering determination stems from his own lived experiences. Despite his dyslexia and challenges in the education system  Sat studied Art History, at Goldsmiths College, University of London and is currently studying at Bayes Business School Center for Charity Effectiveness.

After initially starting Renaissance Foundation as a voluntary youth group it was registered as a charity in 2006 and has blossomed into a thriving organisation. His journey is an inspiring testament to his belief in the potential of young people, irrespective of the hurdles they face. Sat continues to shape the Renaissance Foundation's strategic direction; its future growth plans, as well as using using his experience to be an active Trustee at two other charities - Historic England Foundation and Impetus Trust.

When he's not championing young people, Sat is a die-hard Arsenal fan.
